Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and inventory management.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance work to minimize downtime.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance.
• Maintain inventory and parts for maintenance operations.
• Review work orders and maintenance documentation.
