Qualifications

• Five or more years of machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience troubleshooting machining processes and tooling.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Willingness to work across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Apply CNC programming knowledge to optimize production and adjust machining parameters.
• Support onboarding and training of employees; provide technical guidance.
• Identify safety, quality, and process concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and other functions to improve productivity.
