Our client, an industry leader in aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Packers and Machine Operator Packers to join their team. As a Machine Operator Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and packing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Packer

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay: $19.14/hour with overtime

Shift: 2ndshift, Mon-Fri 3:00pm to 11:00pmwith OT and some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• While working in the Cut to Length (CTL) production area, perform machine operating, quality assurance and packingduties.
• Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs
• Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications and requirements
• Use electric pallet jacks to move boxed products safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Prior machineoperating and product packing experience preferred but not required
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to work in in non-A/C warehouse
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Willing to learn how to operate electric pallet jacks safely and effectively
• Adhere to PPE requirements to include steel toed shoes
