Qualifications

• Experience in machine operating and product packing preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally).
• Work in non‑AC warehouse environment.
• Good communication to collaborate with team.
• Willing to learn to operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Adhere to PPE requirements including steel‑toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in the CTL production area and perform packing duties.
• Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs.
• Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications.
• Move boxed products using electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols.
