Position offers a third shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with pay at $19.90/hour plus weekly pay, daily pay options, and overtime opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a $100 referral bonus after your referral completes 100 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and quality measurements.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to stand for the full shift, lift up to 50 lbs., and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload wood or laminate materials into cutting, drilling, and edge-banding machines.
• Input programs and verify machine settings before operation.
• Safely load materials using lifting devices.
• Operate production equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Remove finished parts and scrap material and prepare equipment for the next cycle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
