Job summary

Commercial Metals LTD is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a MBK/KN Wire Cage Machine and monitor production. You will move cages to the PipePro monitor and stack on pallets, respond to alarms, and assist with area cleanup at shift end.

The role requires reading specifications, setting up dies, and maintaining smooth production. You will work varying shifts, and follow safety procedures, with opportunities for training and advancement within our facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read specifications and work orders.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate MBK/KN Wire Cage Machine and monitor the cage manufacture.
• Move cages to PipePro monitor and palletize as directed.
• Monitor alarms and clear them as needed.
• Assist with area clean-up at shift end.
• Nest cages for double cage production if needed.
• Maintain logs and report irregularities.
