Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Lockeford, CA is hiring an Automated Equipment Operator to maximize output and ensure high-quality products while maintaining safety. You will operate the MBK Wire Cage Machine and move cages to the EPak Pipe monitor for palletizing.

The role requires hands-on experience with automated/semi-automated machinery in manufacturing, knowledge of CMMS, Excel, ERP, and PLC controls. You will read specifications, perform preventive maintenance, and document production logs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Familiar with PLC control equipment and PLC languages.
• Basic MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP knowledge.
• Willingness to learn computerized, electric-powered manufacturing equipment and monitor system alarms.

Responsibilities

• Operate MBK Wire Cage Machine and monitor production quality.
• Prepare machine setup by positioning dies, stops and guides.
• Adjust controls to regulate machining and maintain specifications.
• Document actions and update production and quality logs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and participate in team efforts.
