CMC is seeking a versatile production operator in Jessup, MD to support the fabrication and reinforcement process. You will operate MBK/KN Wire Cage Machine, monitor the PipePro system, and move cages to pallets, ensuring smooth workflow and quality.
The role requires reading work orders, setting up dies, and maintaining equipment. You will work varied shifts, lift heavy objects, document production logs, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets and safety standards.

Operate a MBK/KN Wire Cage Machine. Person would monitor the machine as it manufactures the cage. After the cage is removed from the machine, operators would move cages to an area where the PipePro monitor will place them on the pallets. Person should be able to operate machine controls and monitor any system alarms and have the ability to clear alarms. Person would also be involved in area cleanup at the conclusion of the shift. For double cage pipe production, another person may be necessary to nest cages and place reinforcement spacers.
