Job summary

Clarios in Geneva, IL is offering a compressed weekend shift that pays full-time wages for weekend work. The schedule features 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with two options: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM or 10:00 PM–10:30 AM.

Earn up to $29.55 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays, and an employee battery program. Training occurs Monday–Friday with potential additional shifts; candidates must be able to work rotating shifts and maintain

• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
• Comfortable working in warm manufacturing environments
• Basic computer and math skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed

• Perform quality checks and minor adjustments
• Assist with preventive maintenance

Weekend Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday

To Set You Up For Success

• Training takes place Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts.


• Additional Friday or Monday shifts will be required based on operational needs.


• Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled.

What You’ll Do
