Job summary

Clarios in Geneva, IL is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and perform basic machine adjustments in a fast-paced battery manufacturing plant.

Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd or weekday options. The site offers health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, an annual performance bonus, and employee programs supporting wellness and safety.

Qualifications

• 6+ months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
