Our client in Cuyahoga Falls is looking to hire skilled machine operators to assist with running different CNC-related machinery over the weekends. With this job, you can set your schedule for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to support the weekly production team.

Our client was a leader in automotive manufacturing up until the early 2010s and is now one of the world's leading manufacturers in the aerospace and defense industries. With a 20% growth last year and a projected 20% growth this year, this growing company is seeking individuals who are ready to grow with them.

The skilled machine operators will primarily be responsible for operating machinery related to aerospace manufacturing, mainly CNC machinery.

Job Requirements

• DUTIES:

• Review the Production Part Machine lineup (schedule) daily.
• Review Machine Operator Instructions / Workzone to understand task requirements.
• Operate machines to achieve maximum throughput and utilization.
• Inform management of anticipated and actual completion times.
• Perform inspections to ensure machined parts meet data and tolerance requirements.
• Clean and prepare machined parts for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing.
• Set-up or programming experience is preferred.
• Quality inspection experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Self-motivated and proactive in starting projects.
