The Opportunity

Pay: $20.81/hr

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift - $0.32/hr, 3rd Shift - $0.45/hr

Must be willing and able to work either 2nd (3-11) or 3rd Shift (11-7).

We are seeking Assistant Machine Operators/General Laborers for the Ravenna Plant Facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely perform tasks such as stacking products, conducting quality checks, material setup, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required; full training provided.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, follow instructions, use hand tools, and perform basic math and computer skills.
• Maintain a clean work environment and work safely according to regulations.
• Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; military or technical training preferred.
