Agave Wire is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for the night shift. You will operate and maintain a variety of production machinery including assembly lines, press machines, and overhead cranes to ensure high-quality output.

The role requires reading technical manuals and schematics, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets. Forklift certification and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

Night Shift: 6pm-6am Monday-Thursdays (Occasionally Fridays)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating production machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
• Forklift certification

Finally, experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, CNC machines, and forklift certification will be beneficial.
