Job summary

Rubadue Wire/Wire Experts Group in Loveland, CO is seeking a Machine Operator to support our Production team. You will set up and run machines according to specifications, monitor quality, and document production data.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of industrial experience, plus mechanical aptitude and a teamwork mindset. We offer a safety-first environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Department: Production
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: 12 hour days (5am-5pm)
Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $22.00/ hour
Location: Loveland, CO
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Revision Date: 03/04/2026

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machinery.
  • Follow all safety, conduct and attendance rules.
  • Follow assigned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
  • Accurately enter information into production systems.
  • Inspect materials, products, and/or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operations conform to production or processing standards.
  • Consistently follow specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure your work area is in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school graduate with minimum of 1 yr direct industrial experience is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task.
  • Must be a team-player.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must be detail oriented.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
  • Required to stand on your feet to work for several hours at a time.
  • Required to correctly & safely lift, move, sort, place & carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to use hands and fingers, to handle or feel, grasp, reach, lift, push and pull.
  • Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Work Environment & Safety Notice

The production environment is typical of many indoor manufacturing facilities. This is a “Safety First” facility P.P.E. gear is mandatory with no exceptions. The noise generated within the facility is moderate but sometimes using certain equipment may require hearing protection. Employees frequently work on or around moving and heated equipment sometimes with extreme temperatures.

This role may require working near industrial equipment that can generate electromagnetic fields (EMF). Exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) may affect certain implanted medical devices.
