Job summary

Agave Wire is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for the night shift. You will operate and maintain a variety of production machinery including assembly lines, press machines, and overhead cranes to ensure high-quality output.

The role requires reading technical manuals and schematics, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets. Forklift certification and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck and mold machine.
• Ensure machines run efficiently and produce high-quality products.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
