Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotation schedule (7a-7p / 7p-7a), with weekend work twice a month. This position offers a temp-to-hire pathway and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator Feeder positions to join their team. As a Feeder Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing operation supporting production needs across the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to follow processes consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Feeder

Location: Joplin MO

Pay Range: $17 Shift: Rotation 12 hour shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a These shift do include weekend twice a month .

What's the Job?

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment to support full line production.

• Ability to work Rotation 12 hours shift environment and be available for additional days.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prior full line manufacturing experience and is preferred.
