The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, attention to detail, and the ability to work a full week. Benefits include medical plans, life insurance, disability, and 401(k).

Formación

• Experience using measuring tools to verify production quality and specifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
• High School or GED education.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Eligible to work across all days of the week (SUN–SAT).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production quality to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to resolve production issues.
