Our client, an industrial manufacturing team, is seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd shift to join their operation in Turbotsville, PA. As a Machine Operator - 3rd shift, you’ll be working on the shop floor supporting production needs and helping keep quality and output on track. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on CNC lathe and mill experience, a strong safety mindset, and the drive to show up consistently and perform at a high level.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd shift

Pay Range: $20-24/hour

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate a CNC lathe and CNC mill with at least 1 year of hands‑on experience
• Set up and run production work while following work instructions and quality expectations
• Maintain safe, clean work habits and follow PPE and shop rules every shift
• Support steady production by staying focused, meeting shift requirements, and communicating issues early
• Complete required screening and background check steps as part of the hiring process

What's Needed?

• 1 year experience operating a CNC lathe and mill
• Light industrial experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI)
• Willingness to follow strict drug screening requirements, including a 6-panel urine drug screen with THC
• Ability to comply with PPE and dress code expectations (steel/composite toe boots; jeans and T‑shirt with no sayings; no holes; professional appearance)
