Zebra Technologies is seeking a Press Operator based in Greenville, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating turret and color presses while ensuring efficiency and quality in production.
With at least 4 years of experience, this role includes training new press operators and taking on advanced troubleshooting tasks. Compensation includes a $25/hour rate and a retention bonus after 6 months of employment.

Operates all equipment including turret and color press. Sets up, runs and tears down color press. Mixes inks and performs color match. Runs ancillary pieces of equipment which automate the press. Performs troubleshooting for all equipment. Able to identify and resolve uncommon problems and to perform new work types. Owns specific work projects. This level applies to highly experienced Press Operators who perform at an advanced level of proficiency. 1st Shift: 5:45 am to 2 pm. Rate: $25 per hour. Retention bonus of $1500 after 6 months of employment.

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3 % of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
