The Machine Operator, Lead operates and oversees all equipment, including turret and color press systems requiring advanced expertise. Responsibilities include setting up, running, and tearing down the color press, mixing inks, performing color matching, managing automated equipment, and troubleshooting machinery. This role requires resolving complex problems, handling new tasks, and taking ownership of specific projects with minimal supervision. It is suited for highly experienced operators with strong technical skills, problem solving abilities, and leadership in equipment management. The Machine Operator, Lead works closely with supervisors, guides team members, and supports strategic initiatives, but does not manage people directly.
Monday‑Friday 1:45 pm–10:00 pm
$25.00 per hour plus $1 shift differential
Retention Bonus: $1,500 after 6 months of employment with Zebra

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
