Motor Wheel Chattanooga is seeking candidates with heavy industrial experience. Foundry experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Following work instructions and directions from the foundry lead.
2. Weighing materials per project specifications.
3. Operating and calibrating machinery.
4. Using hand tools and ensuring ventilation procedures are followed.
5. Installing/removing steel jackets and bands for molds.
6. Sorting castings, removing reinforcing wires, and handling castings.
7. Performing maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
8. Setting bands, cleaning chucks, and operating forklifts.
9. Monitoring, logging, and recording processes.
10. Assisting in changeovers and operating industrial equipment.
11. Cross-training employees as needed.
12. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
13. Visual and perception skills, including depth perception and field of vision.
14. Exposure to extreme heat, temperature changes, noise, and hazards.

The successful candidate must obtain industrial powered equipment certification (e.g., forklift).
