Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts.
• Studies work orders and specs to ensure proper setup sequence.
• Selects, places, and secures tools.
• Places and secures workpieces using clamps and wrenches.
• Prepares fixtures and feeding devices, starts machine and engages feed.
• Observes machines to verify quality performance.
• Sets and adjusts controls to regulate machines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
