You will perform setup, monitor and troubleshoot machines, inspect parts, and assist in maintaining inventories of materials and tools. Prior manufacturing exposure and ability to read blueprints are valued, along with a strong

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and follow work orders.
• Forklift/overhead crane experience preferred.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
• Team player with urgency to meet production goals.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift 25–50 lbs; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines at shift start to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain and clean machines before/after shifts.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues during operation.
• Ensure materials and tools are ready; report progress to supervisors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
