Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator in Michigan to machine components, inspect parts, and support quality control throughout the shift. The role requires using CNC machines and following work instructions while maintaining daily equipment care and data entry in AHMC systems.

No previous experience is required as training is provided; the candidate should have a positive attitude, good attendance, and a willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery including lathe, shapers, drills, and parts washers
• Perform part inspection using gauges and check sheets
• Interact with Quality Control module and fill information in AHMC system
• Perform daily maintenance on CNC machines and equipment
• Access work instructions and production procedures
• Identify and resolve quality issues during production
• Assist with inventory checks and production procedures as needed
