Responsibilities

• Possess full knowledge of setup/change over of all equipment within the cell/line, and perform them at standard operating rates with minimum downtime.
• Operate equipment and change over Primary/Secondary equipment within the cell/line per standard work practices.
• Demonstrate knowledge of process trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, change management procedures, gauging techniques, and perform quality functionality.
• Understand material scheduling processes, MANMAN reporting, machine scheduling, and manufacturing theories including continuous process improvement.
