Job summary

CCT Tapes in Philadelphia, PA, is hiring a Machine Operator to join our growing team. You will be assigned to production lines, perform setups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will load raw materials, run cycles, conduct basic tests, maintain logs, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade training required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing machine operator experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material into machine and unload finished product.
• Determine and control machine cycles, varying and modifying as necessary.
• Perform tests and check products using standard measuring devices.
• Meet production schedules and program production sequences for efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and monitor meters, gauges, and related controls.
• Operate forklift and machinery throughout the shift.
• Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
• Adhere to health, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
