Job summary

Marathon Staffing is seeking an Automated Machine Operator in Chester County, Coatesville. In this role, you will operate advanced, computer-controlled machinery to transform raw wood into finished products. You'll set up and calibrate CNC and PLC-controlled machines, monitor their performance, and ensure quality and safety in production.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in automated manufacturing and strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Top-tier hourly pay is offered along with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating automated manufacturing machinery.
• Comfortable navigating computer interfaces and reading digital blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced CNC machinery.
• Monitor computerized control panels and system diagnostics.
• Use calipers and gauges to verify finished products against specifications.
• Identify errors, clear jams, and adjust programming as needed.
• Monitor material flow and ensure proper discharge of finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.
