Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring a production worker for a plastic goods company. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will operate and monitor production machines and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

No degree is required; 1–4 years in a manufacturing setting is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the full shift, with reliability as a key expectation.

We are hiring for a production worker for a company who runs plastic goods! Day shift Monday to Friday This job involves running machinery, checking plastic products for quality, and keeping the production line moving reliably.

Responsibilities

We need a reliable worker for our plastic goods company. You will operate and monitor production machines. Your main job is to check the products as they come out of the machine to make sure the quality is correct. If the product isn't right, you must stop, adjust, and restart the machine so the products come out correctly every time. Reliability and attention to detail are key to keeping our machines running and producing good parts.

Working Hours

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
