Spherion Staffing, LLC is recruiting for a Machine Operator in Wisconsin. You will operate continuous automated production lines, monitor quality, and support a safe, collaborative team environment on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of industrial machine operation experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and regularly lift up to 65 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Basic computer knowledge for production tracking.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using precision measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate continuous thermal processing and high-volume production machinery according to specs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and manage raw material scrap processes.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventive actions, and housekeeping with safety in mind.
• Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers to ensure smooth handoffs.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor continuous thermal processing and high-volume production machinery according to job specifications.
• Quality & Waste Control: Inspect finished products for strict quality compliance and manage raw material scrap processes.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping while adhering to strict safety standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with team members during shift changeovers to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
