Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring a production worker for a plastic goods company. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will operate and monitor production machines and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

No degree is required; 1–4 years in a manufacturing setting is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the full shift, with reliability as a key expectation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must be able to run and make basic adjustments to machinery.
• Quality checks to spot flaws in products.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
• Reliability: on time and dependable for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines.
• Check products for quality and stop/adjust/restart as needed to ensure good parts.
• Keep the production line moving reliably.
