Job summary

Freshpack is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes operating, setting up, and troubleshooting packaging equipment to meet production schedules while ensuring food safety and quality standards.

We offer a NEW Pay for Performance program and weekly, Friday pay with potential KPI bonuses. Candidates should be able to work 10-hour shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or packaging preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to read production schedules and product specs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to train and assist colleagues and adapt to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to maintain efficient production.
• Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications and standards.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and safety requirements.
• Complete production documentation and downtime logs.
• Track usage of packaging materials and supplies.
• Identify issues and communicate with supervisors.
