Legacy Bakehouse is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to run bagging and cartoning lines in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You will set up equipment, monitor performance, perform checks, and document traceability.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Food manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; training available for the right person.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8+ hour shift.
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with good communication.
• Commitment to safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping standards to meet food safety requirements.
• Alert supervisors to unsafe conditions or food safety issues.
• Support team operations as needed.

Location: Waukesha, WI and Cudahy, WI

The Role

As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our products moving safely from the line to our customers. You'll operate and monitor bagging and cartoning machines, perform quality checks, and help keep equipment running smoothly.
