Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will run packaging lines, perform start-up checks, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Duties include setup, change-overs, maintaining quality, and accurate paperwork.

You will work the 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift, Monday through Friday, with focus on meeting daily production goals and following GMP, HACCP, and SOPs. Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up to ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
• Set-up, operate, and change-over machines per SOPs.
• Change rolls and consumables to minimize downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to troubleshoot and prevent malfunctions.
• Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Record daily production paperwork accurately and completely.
