Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to run packaging lines, set up equipment, and follow safety and quality standards. You will document production traces, perform daily checks, and work with maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires basic education or related experience, strong attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up packaging machines to meet production goals.
• Change rolls and adjust machine settings per SOPs.
• Minimize downtime with timely changeovers and maintenance liaison.
• Document production and quality checks accurately.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and safe work practices.
• Assist with training and line supervision as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper labeling.
