Create-A-Pack Foods, a food co-packer and manufacturer located in Lake Country Wisconsin, Ixonia and Oconomowoc, is seeking a Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations. You will operate production equipment, follow written and verbal instructions, perform setups, and help ensure quality and safety across shifts.

The role requires reliable, self-motivated individuals capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment to meet production needs.

• Performs equipment setup per specifications and quality procedures.
• Ensures products meet safety and quality standards efficiently.
• Records time and material usage for each job.
• Inspects parts and documents findings as needed.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and returns tools to designated areas.
• Follows policies and safety regulations.
• Notifies management of discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or injuries.

Create-A-Pack Foods is currently seeking a Machine Operator.

Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 20 years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multi-million dollar operation that employs over 200 local employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working, reliable, and dedicated employees to join our team!

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.
• Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
• Completes equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.
• Responsible for producing products up to safety and quality standards in an efficient manner.
• Rejects products that do not meet standards in place.
• Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.
• Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
• Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
• Lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly and for sustained amounts of time
• Candidate must be self-motivated, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
