Job summary

Shoreline Container Zeeland is hiring a Machine Operator in Zeeland, MI to set up, operate, and adjust packaging machinery in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure products meet specifications and quality standards while documenting ISO checks and supporting maintenance tasks.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reading tape measures to 1/32 of an inch. Training is provided for new equipment as needed, with opportunities for growth within the

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Complete daily production schedules on time and cost-effectively.
• Perform and document ISO quality checks.
• Train and support new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety and quality programs.
