Job summary

Hood Container Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Machine Helper to assist in our production process within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support machine operators with loading materials and monitoring production, while keeping the work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency.

No prior experience is required; we will train you and provide opportunities to advance to a machine operator role within a family-owned company that emphasizes safety and quality.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Team player mindset with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with loading materials and monitoring production.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr.
