Job summary

Green Bay Packaging in Green Bay, WI is hiring a Production Associate to keep our operation safe and efficient while producing quality products for our customers. This full-time role offers weekly rotating shifts and overtime opportunities, with no prior manufacturing experience required and on-the-job training available.

You will join a family-owned company with a 90-year history of stability, strong teamwork, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support machine crews and production teams throughout the facility
• Retrieve and return cutting dies according to production schedules
• Assist operators with feeding stock and material handling
• Help stack finished products and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts and transfer carts (training provided)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures, 6S standards, and lean manufacturing practices
• Support product quality and food safety requirements
• Work as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement
• Assist in other production areas as needed

What You'll Do
