Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operators in Clintonville, WI to support our production team on a 2-2-3 rotating night shift. Pay ranges from $22.09 to $24.00 per hour, with training provided and opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality and safety standards.

• Monitor performance and product quality during runs.
• Perform basic inspections and verify labels and packaging accuracy.
• Report mechanical issues to maintenance.

What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

• Week 1: Work Mon-Tues, Off Wed-Thurs, Work Fri-Sat-Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon-Tues, Work Wed-Thurs, Off Fri-Sat-Sun

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies
• Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs
• Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy
• Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures
• Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
• Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnelMaintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Assist with training new team members as needed
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Training is provided for qualified candidates.
