Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville, WI is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support our napkin production team. No experience required; paid training in a clean, safety-first environment.

Night shift 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, $21 per hour. You’ll load materials, assist with packaging, check UPCs and labels, clear jams, follow GMP/SQF safety procedures, and maintain a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins.
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies.
• Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.).
• Clear jams and clean machines as needed.
• Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls.
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures (GMP/SQF).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Report issues to operators or maintenance.
• Participate in training and equipment care.

What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Our rotating night shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

• Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun

What You’ll Do:
