Base pay starts at $19.50, plus $1.50 shift differential.

Night Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution.
• Responsible for quality control of finished products.
• Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns.
• Using measuring gauges and tape measures.
• Communicating with team members to ensure continuous production of high-quality products with minimal waste.
• Maintaining housekeeping and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and strength.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safety practices.
• Experience in manufacturing is required.
• Experience with overhead crane operations and forklifts is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, above shoulder height and below waist.

Additional Information

Location: 6168 State Route 233, Rome, NY 13440.

This position may require overtime with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on work orders and season.
