Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team in New Hampshire. You will set up and operate automated production machinery, assemble PCBs and electronic systems, and ensure quality throughout the process.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, follow safety guidelines, and adapt in a fast-paced, 36-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Wed, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM). Experience in electronics manufacturing is valued.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and visual aids for assembly
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
