About the role:

Machine operators are critical to our success and one of the most important positions here at Lexington. The hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay starts at $25 an hour and the pay increases depending on experience.

In this role, you will primarily set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure consistent product quality. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, assisting with troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting minor repairs to keep production running efficiently.

On a daily basis, you will use computerized equipment, communicate regularly with team members, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment. Additional responsibilities may include warehouse support such as loading and unloading delivery trucks.
