Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is required, including hands-on maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support minor repairs to keep production running.
• Warehouse support such as loading and unloading delivery trucks.
