About the role:
This is an on-site position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, a commitment to quality and safety standards, and the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, dependability, and the leadership skills needed to train and guide Maintenance Technicians while collaborating across departments.
The pay range for this role is $30 an hour to $36 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
