About the Role

As a Machine Operator I, you’ll play a critical role in our production process. This entry‑level position is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build technical skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and assist with a variety of machines
• Prep, inspect, debur, package, and handle materials and finished parts
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Support machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production runs
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

The pay range for this role is $22.00/hr. to $36.00/hr. depending on experience and qualifications.

What You Bring

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours and lift up to 40 lbs

Nice to Have:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or reading drawings
• Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures
• Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial materials (PPE required)
• Physically active role with standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
