Aerotek is hiring a Machine Operator to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment on a fully onsite site in Evansville, WI. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment to keep the line running smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year experience in machine operation, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments according to established schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions, troubleshoot the issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Utilize a variety of tools, diagnostic equipment, and techniques to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment issues.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality within the production line.
