Tosaf Inc. was established in 2016 to serve both local manufacturers and international businesses. Tosaf Inc. is located in the business park of Bessemer City, North-Carolina. A Short drive from the city of Charlotte, on HWY 85 South.

THE JOB

We are looking for a machine operator that will assist in setting up and operating machinery in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

• Set up machines according to blueprints
• Maintain requested good quality production levels.
• Insert, measure, and adding materials to machines
• Adjust machine settings for temperature, speed and feed rates, and cycle times
• Maintain production area and equipment by completing preventative maintenance and cleaning requirements.
• Work safely with equipment
• Prepare and package finished products
• Update the documentation

YOUR EXPERTISE

You have experience in the plastic industry and a high school diploma or equivalent. You are used to work in a 2-shift-system (1^stshift 7am -3:30pm, 2^nd shift 3pm-1:30am). You are a team player and you are used to work with people of different origins and religions. You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities. You are used to work following the instruction of your supervisor with good concentration skills to ensure product quality and worker safety. Last but not least, good mechanical aptitude and good math skills complete the profile.
