We are looking for a new 3rd-Shift Machine Operator . Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Shift:3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) with occasional overtime
Hours:10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Range: s tarting at $18.50/hour and up, based on experience
Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

Core Contributions:

  • Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
  • Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.
  • Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.
  • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
  • Participate in regular training and cross-train others.
  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on your area
  • Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
