Cardinal Staffing Services in Dearborn, MI is seeking an experienced Machine Operator/Line Lead for our packaging department. The role supports daily production, ensures quality, and leads teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Must have 2+ years in machine operation or line leadership. Able to work in cold, wet conditions; bilingual EN/SP is a plus. Day and night shift options with weekend versatility may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of machine operation and/or production line leadership experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately complete digital and written production documentation.
• Comfortable using tablets, digital forms, and production systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Job Title: Machine Operator / Line Lead Location: Dearborn, MI Job Type: Full-Time Shift Availability:1st Shift – 6am-2302nd Shift – 3:55 StartPay Rate:$20.00/hour for Day Shift$20.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Premium for Night ShiftPrimary Purpose & FunctionCardinal Staffing is seeking experienced Machine Operators and Line Leads to join our Packaging Department. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous machine operation and/or production line leadership experience and be comfortable working in cold and wet conditions.
